InstaPin provides domain access monitoring, DNS and SSL checks, search-result radar and related alerting workflows. We collect only the information required to operate the platform, deliver alerts and bill your subscription.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email, verification status, workspace membership.
- Monitoring configuration: domains, groups, callback URLs, Telegram chat identifiers, keywords and whitelists, gateway URLs and balance endpoints.
- Monitoring results: DNS answers, block verdicts, certificate metadata, search results and gateway responses.
- Integration credentials you provide (Cloudflare tokens, custom bot tokens, balance API keys), stored for the sole purpose of running the integration.
- Usage data: audit events, API usage, IP addresses and browser data.
- Billing metadata: order references and payment status returned by Network International. Card details never reach our servers.
How we use data
- Provide monitoring, alerts, automation and the AI assistant.
- Maintain security, detect abuse and protect accounts.
- Process payments, quotas and support requests.
- Improve reliability and product performance.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with providers required to run the service: hosting, email delivery, payment processing (Network International), search intelligence (SerpApi) and AI inference (Anthropic) for assistant requests, each under contractual safeguards.
Data retention
Monitoring history and account data are retained while your workspace is active. You can request export or deletion by contacting support.
Your choices
- Update your profile, email and password at any time.
- Disconnect Telegram, remove integration tokens and revoke API keys from the panel.
- Manage email alert preferences in your workspace settings.
