Account responsibilities

• Keep credentials and API keys secure; rotate them if exposed.
• Monitor only domains and endpoints you own or are authorised to monitor.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

• No abuse of monitoring tools, callbacks or manual checks to disrupt third-party infrastructure.
• Respect plan limits; “unlimited” items are subject to fair use and may be throttled on abusive patterns.

Billing

Plans are prepaid for a monthly or annual period and do not renew automatically; you renew from your profile. Upgrades apply immediately with the unused portion of the current period credited. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. Add-ons run for 30 days. Overage beyond soft limits is estimated in the panel and settled from your profile. Payments are processed by Network International (network.ae); we do not store card details. Prices are locked for 12 months from your first payment.

Service availability

We aim for high availability; Elite includes a 99.5% uptime commitment. Blocklist verdicts depend on registry and resolver availability and are verified via DNS when the registry cannot be reached. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms or endanger the platform.
